Historic minor review fees are invoiced and need to be paid prior to review. Staff will schedule the review either on-site or virtual and keep the applicant and the boards updated. WUHZAB/PRS will make a recommendation at review. PDSD Director will make a final decision. An approval/Denial Decision Notice will be issued. That will complete the historic review process.
