Historic Districts Application Completeness Express REQUIRES RESUBMIT Staff has reviewed this application for completeness and determined that the materials submitted are incomplete for review. Staff review of application materials requires a resubmit. Based on the scope of work, this will be a full review process by WUHZAB and PRS for a an ADU in the middle of a property with existing multiple units . HPZ review fees have been invoiced and paid. Here are the next steps. (1) Please provide details on the door and window-materials; provide type of stucco to be used. (2) Provide a Development Zone Map (DZ) along E 6th Street, identifying the contributing/noncontributing properties. Contact staff if you have problems with DZ. (3) State the setbacks that will be requested-required and proposed, if none state NA.

Once application id deemed complete , staff will schedule an initial review by WUHZAB. Thereafter, schedule another review by PRS. Both WUHZAB and PRS will provide recommendations. PDSD Director will issue a final decision. Applicant will use the decision to proceed to permitting.
