Staff review of application materials requires a resubmit. Based on the scope of work, this will be a full review process by WUHZAB and PRS for a sleeping quarters . Here are the next steps (1) HPZ review fees have been invoiced and pending payment. (2) Please pay review fees and inform staff. (3) Please, in the UDC 5.8.9 Narrative, clarify what the prevailing setbacks are within the Development Zone and the proposed. (4) Please provide details on the windows and door materials. (5) Please note that vinyl windows and fiberglass are not permitted by West University Design Guidelines. Remove these and propose alternate materials. (6) Revise the plan to include a Development Zone Map showing contributing and non-contributing properties using Historic Map Tucson (Both sides of 6th not 5th Street). https://maps2.tucsonaz.gov/html5viewer/?viewer=historicproperties A boundary should be drawn around the Development Zone to clearly mark it.
