Staff review of application materials requires a resubmit. Based on the scope of work, this will be a full review process by WUHZAB and PRS for a new ADU/Sleeping Quarters. HPZ review fees have been invoiced and pending payment. Here are the next steps.(1) Please pay review fees and inform staff. (2) Please, provide a UDC 5.8.9 Narrative.(3) Provide dimensioned elevations of the ADU. (4) Provide a Development Zone Map showing contributing and non-contributing properties using Historic Map Tucson https://maps2.tucsonaz.gov/html5viewer/?viewer=historicproperties A boundary should be drawn around the Development Zone to clearly mark it. (5) Please submit it all as a single compressed pdf file under the Historic sub-record (SD-0925-00140).
