East elevation (?) does not have divided light windows to the left of the rear door, the two windows to the right of the door are square and also not divided light and at the far right, there are three windows. Additionally, the photo indicates that the stair and low railing will be rebuilt but it is not shown on the plans. 4) Page A7.21, second row last photo, appears to show a door, please clarify on the plans what is going on with this elevation. 5) Note the manufacturer of "Warm Grey" concrete color. 812--1) Site plan should show the location of the mechanical equipment. 2) There appear to be (faux) purlins on the fascia that are not shown on the plans. Please revise. 3) Clarify what minor adjustments will need to be made that is noted in #2 in the keynotes. 4) Label the photos to indicated which elevation. 5) Windows on either side of the chimney appear to be casements, but the window schedule shows fixed. Please clarify. 814--1) Site plan should note the location of the mechanical equipment. 2) There is a secondary chimney on this house that should be shown on plans and reconstructed. 3) Note manufacturer of "Warm Grey" concrete. 4) Plans show that the tufa stone is sloped in , but that does not appear to be the case. Please revise. 818-- 1) Site plan should show the location of the mechanical equipment. 2) Page A3.04 shows a #13 but there is no corresponding Keynote, please revise. 3) Window B2 is not called out in the window schedule, please revise. 4) South elevation (formerly east elevation), there appears to window or door in the recessed area to the left of the chimney. Please revise the plans to accurately show this facade. For all properties, provide information on the new sidewalks and landscaping. Note the material for the parking spots.
