Provide information on the extant portion of the house proposed for demolition. It is considered a contributing portion of the house. Resubmit with all the items required noted under Full Review in the Historic & Special Districts informational handout (https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/3/pdsd/documents/submission-documents/special_districts_application_instructions_7.18.23.pdf). Provide specifics on materials, colors, and scope of work should be noted on the plans. Provide information on the existing and proposed height of the stem wall.
