On page 2 of this document under Minor review in the table are all the items that you will need for the historic minor review. Once you have them assembled, you will need to submit them under the Historic sub record which I have opened under the SD-0624-00053 permit number. I am also attaching a flow chart that should help you understand the process. Specifically, my request is for you to provide information on the installed gate (material and design). The provided photos show fence material not gate. Secondly, staff has invoiced the minor review fee to be paid. Requested document submitted and fee paid, a minor review will be set up as part of zoning violation compliance process.
