Historic - Standard REQUIRES RESUBMIT The Project seeks to replace the two existing covered parking canopies with two new solar power-generating structures. Solar parking structures are allowed in SMD and HPZs. There is an existing historic contributing office building on the property that no changes are proposed. The proposed new structures will be located in the same area as the current structures with no attachment to the historic building. According to Ordinance No.11872, this project could be a full or minor review. For historic review, will require PRS review. The minor review exception in II.D.2.c is that 6,000 sf is the site area not just disturbed area or canopy area. Per a ZA determination area under consideration is limited to the "disturbed area" not the whole parking lot for the purpose of this review. Given that it is very similar to the current site development and it doesn’t involve any changes to the contributing building and that there will be no adverse effect on the adjacent historic resources, we can process this as a minor historic review. As a minor historic review, a member of PRS will review and provide recommendations to PDSD Director.
Applicant needs to identify all setbacks, provide a complete development package and all relevant files to be in a single compressed pdf.

Special Districts Application Completeness Express REQUIRES RESUBMIT Please revise the Design Package to include the following (all materials in a single document):
1) On Sheet PV 0.0, Development Plan, please dimension the setback of the northern canopy to the north property line, and include any colors, if any, to be used on the canopies;
2) Comments from reviewers of the Development Package submittal; and
3) Letter of authorization from the property owner.
