The existing chimney is stucco with no cobblestone. Please revise this note. 3) The north elevation (formerly the south elevation) appears to be drawn incorrectly when compared to the photo on A7.25 (middle picture, top row). The door is in an original window opening and immediately adjacent to an existing window. The drawing shows the door further away. Please revise. 4) The stem wall detail shows the a downward slope. The existing stem wall appears to not have that slope, please revise to correctly show the stem wall. 5) Previous question regarding any openings in the stem wall were not addressed. Please indicate where they will be located and the materials/design for the covering. 6) Clarify the door on the south elevation (formerly the north elevation).
