The proposed 43-inch high black chainlink fence along 5th Av still is not screening the parking lot from view fron the right-of-way. Please provide an opaque screening; 3.Provide the revised shade study that includes shade calculations (square footages and percentage) for the entire block, demonstrating compliance with UDC ยง5.12.8.B.2.a.
