Comments:
1. Any existing curb that is noncompliant with current standards will be modified or replaced to meet current standards.
2. New concrete curb returns must have a 25’ radius.
3. Concrete curb per P.A.G. standard 209.
4. New 6’ wide Concrete sidewalk per P.A.G. standard 200 for the entire length of the property.
5. Concrete curb access ramp per P.A.G. standard 207 constructed at each curb return.
6. Please provide driveway widths of split driveway.
7. Median between driveways to be constructed per P.A.G. standard 207 Sheet 8 of 10 Type 1 Median Nose.
8. At least one sidewalk is required to connect the onsite circulation path to sidewalk in the ROW.
9. Where adjoining sidewalk from the property ties to sidewalk along the ROW frontage, a 5’ X 5’ ADA landing is required. Landings shall be 5’ X 5’ and not to exceed a 2% cross slope in all directions.
10. 3’ minimum buffer between curb and sidewalk, unless ROW is limited.
11. Protect in place existing streetlights.
12. Protect in place or relocate accordingly, existing regulatory or warning signs.
13. Show Sight Visibility Triangles on the DP.
