I have the following comments: DP Page 1 of 13, General Notes, Zoning and Land Use Notes, 13: Must stipulate one responsible owner/manager/entity/organization of the shared/centralized refuse/recycle service and storage area. Refer to TSM 8-01.5.1.D DP Page 1 of 13, General Notes, Solid Waste-Waste Stream Calculation, 1: As noted in response item 1, due to the joint/shared use of the service and enclosure/storage area, would result in one responsible owner/manager/entity/organization to oversee and manage enclosure and one service agreement. The south side of the double enclosure path appears to be partially obstructed by the adjacent parking curb island. Transpose the 14’x40’ clear approach in front of the enclosure to demonstrate clear access and approach. No enclosure detail provided. Must include with all dimensions.
