COMMENT: 2-06.4.9.H.5.a – It does not appear that the vehicle parking space calculation is correct. Based on the revision letter you are eliminating 8 vehicle parking spaces near proposed bldg. 11, 1 accessible space & 7 regular spaces. Near bldg. 4 you eliminated 1 accessible vehicle space. Based on the submitted plans you replaced the eliminated accessible space near bldg. 4 with 2 standard spaces for a net reduction of 2 accessible parking spaces and 5 regular spaces. The parking calculations shows a reduction of 1 accessible parking space and 1 regular space. Clarify how this is possible. 2. COMMENT: It does not appear that the revision number is correct on the plans as revision #1 was approved back in 2021.
