It is important to note that any costs associated with the removal or relocation of existing TEP facilities will be billed to the developer. TEP facilities currently exist within the boundaries of the proposed plat. To initiate service for the new development, please contact the New Construction Department at 520-918-8300. You are required to submit a final set of approved plans, which should include details regarding electrical load and offsite improvement plans. This information is essential for TEP to determine the most efficient way to serve your development. Should easements be necessary for any new TEP facilities, they will be acquired through a separate instrument. Thank you for your attention to these matters.
