There are existing facilities within the development which are depicted upon the plan. There are no apparent conflicts at this time. Enclosed is a copy of a TEP facilities map showing the approximate location of the existing facilities. Any relocation costs will be billable to the customer. To apply for electric service, please call the New Construction department at (520) 918- 8300. Please submit a final set of plans including approved site, electric load, paving off-site improvements and irrigation plans. If available, include a PDF version of the plans. Tucson, AZ 85747 TRANSMITTAL DATE: 3/10/2026 1. Comment: The included City Manager’s Office (CMO) Waiver states the perimeter screen wall will be 7’, however the plans show an 8’ CMU wall. If an 8’ high wall is desired as noted on the plans, please provide an updated CMO waiver to include the proposed wall height when you apply for your Development Package. The comments provided are preliminary according to the City’s Capital Improvement Project policy. Future submittals may receive additional comments.
