There are existing facilities within the development which are not depicted upon the plan. The second submittal still does not include the existing subsurface pedestal on the plans. Please refer to the attached TEP facilities map. Further: Existing pedestal is not shown. Enclosed is a copy of a TEP facilities map showing the approximate location of the existing facilities. Any relocation costs will be billable to the customer. To apply for electric service, please call the New Construction department at (520) 918-8300. Please submit a final set of plans including approved site, electric load, paving off-site improvements and irrigation plans. If available, include a PDF version of the plans. This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC), Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-06, and the Technical Standards Manual (TSM). 1. Previous Comment: Development must comply with Administrative Manual Section 2-06.0.0 (Tentative Plats and Site Plans). Ensure all formatting and content requirements, as well as general notes, are provided on the cover sheet or the second sheet (see AM 2-06.3.1 through 2-06.4.7). Follow up Comment: Correct general note 14 land use to “Utilities Land Use Group – Distribution System: General.” 2. Previous Comment: Demonstrate compliance with use-specific standards 4.9.11.A.1, .2, .5, .8, .9, .11, and .12. Follow up Comment: List as a general note that use-specific standards 4.9.11.A.1, .2, .5, .8, .9, .11, and .12. have been waived by City Manager’s Office (CMO) waiver. 3.
