COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC), Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-06, and the Technical Standards Manual (TSM).

1. Previous Comment: Development must comply with Administrative Manual Section 2-06.0.0 (Tentative Plats and Site Plans). Ensure all formatting and content requirements, as well as general notes, are provided on the cover sheet or the second sheet (see AM 2-06.3.1 through 2-06.4.7).

Follow up Comment: Correct general note 14 land use to “Utilities Land Use Group – Distribution System: General.”

2. Previous Comment: Demonstrate compliance with use-specific standards 4.9.11.A.1, .2, .5, .8, .9, .11, and .12.


Follow up Comment: List as a general note that use-specific standards 4.9.11.A.1, .2, .5, .8, .9, .11, and .12. have been waived by City Manager’s Office (CMO) waiver.
