External Reviewers - Tucson Electric Power (TEP) | REVIEW COMPLETED | Good afternoon, CDRC Admin Support, TEP has reviewed your stamped plan sets for the Los Reales Sustainability Public Improvement project and found no underground or overhead facilities in conflict per plans provided. Please protect in place where applicable. Contractor to protect existing TEP poles and Underground conductors in place during construction. TEP’s overhead protection will have to be notified anytime a pole is exposed more than 12” from grade or when getting within 10' of an overhead power line. Contact Arizona 811 from anywhere in Arizona at least two full working days prior to digging. Please make sure to maintain proper separation from all TEP underground facilities when installing new facilities. On several sheets, I noticed the W’s in the linetype used to depict existing and proposed water mains were upside down and did not meet this requirement.
