| Site Landscape | REVIEW COMPLETED | Site Landscape/NPPO Review Section Comments: 1. There are (19) Transplants and (15) Mitigation plants on site. Provide a transplant and mitigation plan showing the locations, or general locations of the inventoried protected native plants in their final location(s). Include temporary irrigation as part of the plan set for native plant and mitigation plant establishment. All of this information can be shown on the Native Plant Preservation Plan that was submitted with this package as long as it is well organized, intentionally notated and includes clear symbology for plants and irrigation. Or a transplant and mitigation planting plan can be compiled and submitted. If there are any questions with regard to this comment, please reach out to my email below. 2. The notes on the plan indicate a NPPO Monitor. Include contact information for the monitor. Also, include a plan for temporary irrigation for the transplants in the nursery. Include a general location depiction for the temporary nursery. If feasible, a one move solution and no temporary nursery is the preferred method for the health of the plants and would likely be the best course of action for this site. 3. Include the NPPO and mitigation plans within the overall construction document set. Update the construction document sheet index to include the Native Plant sheets. Thank you.
