PT04 was dispatched for a Fire Alarm. En route St. Mary's Hospital advised a housekeeper accidentally set it off while cleaning a pull station. I was not cancelled so continued to the scene. Upon arrival I asked to see the Fire Alarm panel. Brandon, a security guard led me to the basment area where the panel was located. The system showed a trouble alarm. I tried resetting it many times but it would not clear. I then asked to speak to someone in facilities. I spoke to Brian Hughes who is filling in as the Facilities Manager. He advised me that American Fire told him that there had been a short in the system which caused a module to need to be replaced. He thought they had already done so. He was going to contact them to get them to come out. I will send him a NOV.

10/12/21 ADQ
This issue was resolved on the 7th. American Fire fixed the panel. Email with paperwork received.
10/28/2021 COT - FCOD - Fire Re-inspection Completed
