Responded late 3/15 for a fire alarm, panel is showing a trouble for a pull station. Walked the D building (location of alarm) no pull station was activated. Gave them a NOV to have the alarm company come out and fix the alarm. Called back today, the alarm company told them they cannot come out until next week.

Stopped by to see if the panel had been repaired. The front desk attendant advised the alarm company is supposed to be out today.

I received paperwork showing the panel and been repaired. I drove out to verify and the panel looked good, normal operating condition.
