BC 1/2/18 Patel will call when alarm and other work is "Finaled" by Jen, and City inspectors.. BC 1/9/18: Ballroom to be alarmed by March 1st, 2016. Flow and tampler to be monitired by the time the 2018 GEM show starts. JMPD 01-12-2018 fire alarm notes:Need to add a heat detector to Bldg D storage 2nd Floor. Need to change the fire alarm descriptions in the FACP and with monitoring so that they clearly reflect the floor and item in alarm. Add devices to protect the laundry room area and conference center including the basement. Add a notification device in the big room located next to the lobby. Red lock outs required on the breakers. Breakers to be identified inside the FACP and Power Supplies We will only need to test the above mentioned items Required by the end of January os that the water flow and tamper located on the conference center be connected and tested prior to the start of the gem and mineral show. They will have until March 2018 to complete the project and Asbuilt drawings. BC 1/18/18 Permits are done, new exit signs and emergency lights are in and mounted, Checking on flow and tampler dates. |
