This pre-app is to present the masterplan for a multi-phase build out on a single site. The site has an existing motorcycle training track and support building at the SE. This site plan proposes expanded parking and vehicle circulation, a DG overflow parking lot at the NE, and 5 additional buildings. The proposed buildings are intended to house various tactical training, K9 training (interior & exterior), martial arts / close-quarters training facilities, and short-term lodging for multi-day training courses. The intention is that the buildings will be constructed in phases and paved parking may also be proportionally phased. The first building to be constructed will be Building #6 Hit House, schematic plans provided. This building facilitates close-quarters combat training with non-lethal simulation ammunition.
