We are working with Patrick Haugen (VLMK) to obtain permitting for TAC2 - New Shell Building DP20-0173 and additionally Alteration Permit TC-COM-0123-00463. We are working through the design and received feedback from your office regarding the tank size. The City advised that the tank is limited to 10,000 gallons. (The current designed tank is 12,000 gallons) and advised that A Board of Adjustment for Variance is required. Iman Monshizadeh advised me to apply for a pre-application conference first to begin the variance process.
