07/06/2026 COT - BASN - Drainage/Basin - Condition Inspection Basin - Fair Basin Inlet riprap on east side that receives stormwater from the RV storage yard is insufficient and there is erosion stormwater is washing out to the sides of Riprap. Fill and compact eroded areas and add riprap so water flows straight down from valley gutter. South basin side also is showing erosion where Hydro seeding did not take successfully. This side of the basin is going to be extended to the south to increase capacity and will be addressed with new development. Repairs can be completed with new development starting at end of year.
