We would like to request further consideration as to the reviewer's comments on this matter, due to the logistical, environmental, and economical significance of the request. Our scope of work is isolated to purely removing the existing solar system to allow for corrective roof maintenance, and then restoring the system to its previously permitted and approved condition. The system will continue to exist and function like for like in its original conditions, unaffected by the alterative scope of the roofing work. More details in attached letter of justification.
