PLEASE CONSIDER THIS LETTER THE PUNCH LIST OF ITEMS TO BE ADDRESSED/RECTIFIED PRIOR TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS IN THE PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY BY THE CITY OF TUCSON FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION. FUTURE INSPECTIONS WILL REQUIRE A LETTER OF CERTIFICATION THAT ALL PUNCH LIST ITEMS HAVE BEEN RESOLVED OR ADDRESSED BY THE ENGINEERING OF RECORD. 2. REMOVE AND REPLACE ALL SURVEY MONUMENTS CONSTRUCTED FOR THIS PROJECT. SURVEY MONUMENTS HAVE NOT BEEN CONSTRUCTED PER PC/COT STD. DTL. 103, THE REQUIRED #4 BARS HAVE NOT BEEN PROVIDED AND THE REPAIRS MADE ARE UNACCEPTABLE .
3. REMOVE COATING APPLIED TO CURBS. CONCRETE FINISH MUST BE A UNIFORM COLOR.
4. REMOVE AND REPLACE ALL BROKEN OR REPAIRED CURB ACCESS RAMPS ADJACENT TO LOTS 45,84,94,93,77,76,50,108 AND 60. THE COMPLETE DAMAGED CONCRETE SECTION MUST BE REMOVED AND REPLACED. REPAIRS PERFORMED ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. PLEASE REFER TO (S.S.P.I) SEC. 110,110-3.03,110-3.04.
5. CURB ACCESS RAMP ADJACENT TO LOT 31 HAS NOT BEEN BUILT PER PC/COT STD. DTL. 207. SLOPE OF SIDEWALK EXCEEDS MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE.
6. CURB ACCESS RAMP ADJACENT TO LOT 14 HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETELY CONSTRUCTED. WING IS MISSING.
7. CONCRETE AROUND SEWER MANHOLES MH-3,MH-4,MH-5,MH-6,MH-9,MH-13 IS FAILING. REMOVE AND REPLACE ALL CONCRETE AROUND THE MANHOLE.
8. PAVEMENT DEFICIENCIES WERE NOTED AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS. PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RECOMMENDED REPAIRS FOR THESE DEFICIENCIES/FAILURES.
* PAVEMENT IS STARTING TO FAIL NEAR STATION STA.23+35+- (ACACIA CLUB DRIVE) AND 10+30+- (ARCADIA CLUB LANE). CRACKS ARE STARTING TO FORM.
* PAVEMENT IS UNEVEN AND APPEARS TO BE UNRAVELING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF MESQUITE CLUB LANE AND ACACIA CLUB LANE AND THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF COTTON CLUB LANE AND MESQUITE CLUB LANE.
* LOW SPOTS IN THE PAVEMENT EXIST AT STA. 15+40,14' RT+- (PALO VERDE CLUB LANE), 14+50,12' LT+- (COTTONWOOD CLUB LANE) AND AROUND WATER VALVES AT STA.14+58, 11' RT+- (COTTONWOOD CLUB LANE) AND ALONG THE SOUTHERN PI OF THE INTERSECTION OF COTTONWOOD CLUB LANE AND +- PALO VERDE CLUB LANE.
9. BROKEN DRIVEWAY APRONS AT LOTS 44,76 AND 108 TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACE.
10. THE DRIVEWAY AT LOT 32 HAS BEEN CONSTRUCTED AGAINST AN OPENING ORIGINALLY DESIGNED FOR A CURB ACCESS RAMP. THIS CREATES A DIP IN THE DRIVEWAY APRON THAT IS NOT TO CITY STANDARDS. IT MUST BE REMOVED AND REPLACED.
11. AT THE PRIVATE STORM DRAIN LINE, WICH INTERSECTS PALO VERDE CLUB LANE, AT THE WEST CURB LANE THERE WAS EVIDENCE OF TUNNELING EROSION UNDER THE CURB AND PAVEMENT. THIS TUNNELING WAS SUBSTANTIAL. A PAVEMENT PATCH HAS BEEN PLACED BUT NOTHING WAS SUBMITTED FOR A SOLUTION TO THE TUNNELING ISSUE WICH WAS REQUESTED IN THE LAST PUNCH LIST DATED JULY 19,2007.
13. THE ENTIRE PAVEMENT IN THIS SUBDIVISION IS SHOWING SIGNIFICANT SETTLING. CRACKING IS EVIDENT THROUGHOUT THE SUBDIVISION. SOME SURVEY MONUMENTS AND CATCH BASINS ARE NO LONGER AT GRADE. SUBMIT A SOLUTION FOR REVIEW.
14. AT THE ENTRANCE ALONG COUNTRY CLUB THE NEW SIDEWALK HAS BEEN DAMAGED, ON THE NORTH SIDE OF ACACIA CLUB LANE.
