A PAVEMENT PATCH HAS BEEN PLACED BUT NOTHING WAS SUBMITTED FOR A SOLUTION TO THE TUNNELING ISSUE WICH WAS REQUESTED IN THE LAST PUNCH LIST DATED JULY 19,2007. 13. THE ENTIRE PAVEMENT IN THIS SUBDIVISION IS SHOWING SIGNIFICANT SETTLING. CRACKING IS EVIDENT THROUGHOUT THE SUBDIVISION. SOME SURVEY MONUMENTS AND CATCH BASINS ARE NO LONGER AT GRADE. SUBMIT A SOLUTION FOR REVIEW. 14. AT THE ENTRANCE ALONG COUNTRY CLUB THE NEW SIDEWALK HAS BEEN DAMAGED, ON THE NORTH SIDE OF ACACIA CLUB LANE. 15.
