09/20/2023 COT - ENGR - Site - Assurance Release Passed This site is being considered for a full release at this time with the intent that all remaining work will be completed in the Phase 2 portion of work that will be reviewed in the coming weeks. Currently the landscaping for the site has been completed north and west of Raising Canes in the Common Areas adjacent to the Raising Canes property limits. All other landscaping is outstanding except for within the property boundaries of Raising Canes and Rudy’s, these were completed as shown on their own Development packages. Also Pedestrian Access sidewalk has been provided from Ajo Way back to Rudy’s but a large portion of this sidewalk has been damaged and will need to be removed and replaced as determined. The remaining Basins, drainage pipes, and drainage channels will be completed prior to the completion of the Phase 2 work for this site. All of this future work will be detailed at length during the review process for the Phase 2 work.
