TO RELEASE THE FINAL 3 BUILDINGS PRIOR TO COMPLETING ALL REMAINING WORK WILL REQUIRE THAT A COMPLETION BOND IS PROVIDE TO COVER FOR ALL OF THE REMAINING ASSURABLE ITEMS AT THAT TIME, AND THE FINAL GRADING INSPECTION FOR THIS SITE WILL NEED TO BE PERFORMED.

AS NOTED ON-SITE DURING THIS INSPECTION THE TRASH DUMPSTERS HAVE NOT BEEN CONSTRUCTED PER OUR DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS. THESE WILL BE INSPECTED DURING THE GRADING INSPECTION AND MUST BE REPAIRED PRIOR TO APPROVING THE GRADING PERMIT FOR THE FINAL RELEASE.
