X $4.50 s.f. = $96,579.00 Driveways 58 lots X 16' = 928 l.f. X 6' = 5568 s.f. X $6.50 s.f. = $36,192.00 $132,771.00 Your original estimate for this work was about $10,000.00 low due to the fact that your contractor had calculated all quantities as sidewalks (no driveways). On top of this number you will need to add $5,000.00 for mobilization as well as 15 % contingency, check with Tami about the final numbers utilizing the above quantities for sidewalks and driveways.
