THERE HAS BEEN EROSION NOTED ALONG THE PERIMETER OF THE BASIN IN BOTH OPEN AREAS AS WELL AS ADJACENT TO THE REAR WALL OPENINGS, CORRECT ALL REMAINING DRAINAGE ISSUES. THE CONTINUAL EROSION HAPPENING DURING RAINS IN THESE AREAS CONTRIBUTES TO THE SEDIMENT ON THE BASIN BOTTOM, WHICH RESTRICTS THE PERCOLATION RATES.
2) PROVIDE A COMPLETION BOND FOR ALL REMAINING LOTS AND ASSURABLE ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN CONSTRUCTED AT THIS TIME. AS WELL AS AN ITEMIZED LIST OF ALL ITEMS FIGURED WITHIN THE BOND CALCULATION FIGURES. IF THE LOTS ARE BEING TURNED OVER TO ANOTHER DEVELOPER A SUBSTITUE ASSURANCE MAY BE NEEDED FROM THAT DEVELOPER. CURRENTLY 93 LOTS HAVE NOT BEEN CONSTRUCTED ON AT THIS TIME, CONTACT TAMI HAUSER AT 837-4916 TO VERIFY WHAT IS NEEDED TO CLOSE OUT THIS PROJECT AS IT IS ON THIS DATE.
3) SURVEY MONUMENTS HAVE NOT BEEN COMPLETED FULLY ON THIS SITE AND WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE FINAL RELEASE. VERIFY THAT ALL OF THE MONUMENTS ARE IN PER THE APPROVED PLANS AT EACH AND EVERY LOCATION PRIOR TO CALLING FOR ANOTHER INSPECTION.

3) A BASIN CERTIFICATION LETTER IS REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT.
