| 07/17/2026 | TRSP - PIA - AB Placement | Passed | Density Re-Tests - A retest from failed tests two days before resulted in multiple tests hitting 100% compaction on the AB. Tests were taken along Lebaron most noted in front of lot 146 at station 16+65 and another in front of lot 212 at station 3+75 on Jabber Peak. Moisture was good and pretty much at optimum. All that is needed at this time is to blue top with a string line and paving should be able to take place on Tuesday, July 21st. | |

All areas were within specifications and there were no areas of concern like pumping spots or areas that were too high per the grade. The AB has been passed with compaction prior to this inspection and was able to achieve 100% compaction in multiple spots. |
