The property is enclosed by a 5-foot chain link fence, which was part of the original construction. Three months ago, we added a corrugated metal privacy barrier to address ongoing security and safety concerns, including theft, unauthorized use of exterior hose bibs and electrical outlets, and persistent littering issues. These challenges have posed significant risks to both the property and the surrounding community. We were recently informed of a flood zone violation related to the privacy barrier. However, we would like to note that since its installation, there have been no observed drainage issues or adverse impacts on the floodplain. The barrier was carefully installed to ensure it does not impede water flow or exacerbate any flood-related concerns. We sincerely appreciate your understanding of the necessity of this addition and its role in maintaining the safety and security of the property.
