05/02/2023 PDSD Engineering Division Pre-Construction SITE Passed no concerns noted on site at this time. Contractor has poured a bunch of the vertical curb on already and his building pad is roughly graded, but will not be doing the building work. Contractor asked that I stop by to discuss with him the inspections for the utilities. I advised him he needed a utility permit to be doing that work, reminded him that the west side wall will need a permit also. It is a retaining wall of more than 2 feet of retention that will need to be obtained by the contractor prior to Inspecting the footer for pouring.
