The first issue is the water harvesting located at the south east corner of this project and the existing tree in the same vicinity that they are trying to save. I have advised them to check with Chad Keller in the office and see what his determination would be to save that tree as shown on the plans, but not be able to provide the water harvesting.
The second concern for this site is the modification of the plans at the north west corner for the new driveway and all the existing power poles and communication equipment in that area. I have advised them to contact Stephen blood and look at the plans and see what they will need to do to modify this area and get it approved on the revised drawings.
