Permit Description: This Development Package submittal is a follow-up to the previous Development Package submitted under Plan Number TP-PRE-1125-00238 for the proposed wastewater pretreatment facility expansion at the Faribault Foods, Inc (Arizona Canning Company, LLC) site. This separate Development Package is associated with "At-risk Grading" in relation to the previous Development Package application and proposes to include only site grading work and proposed below grade wastewater piping associated with the project to improve the overall project timeline.
