05/06/2024 PDSD Engineering Division Pre-Construction SITE N/A Not Ready The site was inspected and a discussion was held between myself and Canyon Development to determine what will be needed prior to allowing a TCO for this building. We have walked the site and have determined that all the sidewalk around the building will have to be completed. On the east side of the new building two locations of sidewalk will be poured between the existing sidewalk into the new sidewalk. Additional Construction Fencing maybe required throughout the site to ensure that no pedestrian traffic can get into the construction areas once the Level 4 TCO has been granted.
A Re-inspection for this site will be scheduled for Thursday afternoon this week to see if a TCO Level can be given.
