We have walked the site and have determined that all the sidewalk around the building will have to be completed. On the east side of the new building two locations of sidewalk will be poured between the existing sidewalk into the new sidewalk. Additional Construction Fencing maybe required throughout the site to ensure that no pedestrian traffic can get into the construction areas once the Level 4 TCO has been granted. A Re-inspection for this site will be scheduled for Thursday afternoon this week to see if a TCO Level can be given. |
