I went over the BMP’s of plan with subcontractor working for Eagle Rock. Wattle or trench berm needs to be in place north and west sides of site. Trackout is being covered with stockpile. this is not correct. There is a NDC on the permit. I have recommended the basins in plans be rough cut in order to prevent water from being discharged from site. Also berms need to be placed at west side of site where that is vulnerable to discharge ASAP. They will to reschedule for Monday. Put a good contact number in notes when rescheduling. |
