Pre-construction meeting is complete. NOI and ROW permits are being worked on. Land clearing had taken place sometime in the past but after the NPPO was drawn up, the extent of impact is to be determined. Work will not begin until SWPPP measures are in place. Next steps: Stormwater Initial Inspection and NPPO Pre-Construction Inspection.
