10/07/2025 PDSD Engineering Division Pre-Construction SITE Passed Pre-Construction meeting was held on-location with Site Inspector, Project Superintendent, and Grading Contractor. Areas that will need Site Inspections include: grading, sidewalks, paving, dumpster enclosure, walls, landscape, irrigation, and water harvesting. Advised that SW Gas should be consulted in regard to proximity of underground gas line to parking lot and excavation. Okay to proceed with clearing and grading.
