Ground up development for new retail store. REV1_Sewer Line Revisions-The proposed sewer line was revised from an 8-inch to a 6-inch diameter pipe. Cleanout and Manhole Modifications-The spacing for sewer cleanouts was adjusted to at least 100 feet between each cleanout.
