10/28/2025 COT - LCPL - Sewer  Partial Pass 10-28-25: verified approximately 195' of " SDR35 PVC pipe located on the west side of site that runs south to north under test. Okay to backfill progress areas with shading materials.
10/31/2025 COT - LCPL - Sewer  Partial Pass 10-31-25: verified approximately 120' of 6” SDR 35 PVC Sewer line under test at the west side of site. Okay to backfill trench using shading materials.
11/04/2025 COT - LCPL - Sewer  Partial Pass Main sewer line (6”) at Northwest portion of building; approximately 195’. Ok to back fill progress areas.
