Bathroom: 1. GFCI receptacle is not working 2. Exhaust discharge backdraft damper is painted shut. Also cover hole on the side of exhaust outlet adjacent to bird screen. 3. Need smooth drain pipe and p-trap at sink, current install is a corrugated flexible pipe. Tail piece must be 1.25" minimum. |
