1. Column southwest on top, conductors have splices that need to be placed in an electrical junction box.
2. 14/2 Romex not rated for wet location. Conductors need to be rated for wet location (THWN) and has to be protected(EMT,MC, PVC etc.)

Bedroom:
1. Add receptacle to wall on right side as you walk in the bedroom.
2. Need one egress window no higher than 44" at window sill.
3. Provide an inspection window in drywall along bottom plate to inspect sill plate, needs to be treated lumber and must have 1/2" anchor bolts at 6ft max and 12 inches within end or splices.
4. Provide carbon monoxide detector in the hallway and smoke detector in bedroom
5. Exterior weep screed sitting too low or non existent, must be no closer than 4" to dirt or 2" for concrete.

Bathroom:
1. GFCI receptacle is not working
2. Exhaust discharge backdraft damper is painted shut. Also cover hole on the side of exhaust outlet adjacent to bird screen.
3. Need smooth drain pipe and p-trap at sink, current install is a corrugated flexible pipe. Tail piece must be 1.25" minimum.
