Description:
We will tunnel under the back fence and excavate 40' trench from the fence to the back Southside of the house. We will install new 1 1/4" P.E gas pipe with steel raiser from the meter to the house. We will install a new 1/4 turn isolation valve on the riser at the house. We will then run new appropriately sized pipe up and across the roof to three fixtures (1-furnace, 1 water heater, and 1 range) We will install new gas shut offs and gas flex supplies on all fixtures. There will be 3 roof penetrations on all fixtures which will be properly sealed. Work will require cutting open the drywall behind the stove to run new gas line down the wall to the stove. All pipe on the roof and wall will be properly strapped and secured. We may also need to cut a hole in the ceiling to get into the crawl space between the ceiling and the roof in order to drill holes.
