Description:
REV1: Revised mechanical, electrical, plumbing and rough-in details This property is a single family residence built in the late 50s. It was rented for 8 years after the death of my grandparents. The tenants alarmed us that something was stuck in the drain at the tub in guest bathroom. since we lived in Pine, they brought in a plumber that suggested all the galvanized pipes are flaking. They had someone in to take the tub out and the plumber proceeded to change all existing water pipes to ABS. At that time we decided to get rid of existing fixtures and remodel the attached master and guest bathrooms. The master bathroom to extend to the linen closet with double sink, new sinks, toilet and walk in shower and tile and paint and light fixtures. The guest bathroom to only have a single sink and shower instead of a tub with all new fixtures. The demolition was done but we were informed a permit was needed. The work was halted. The home has been vacant since and we are waiting to finish the work and make it our primary residence since our Pine property was just sold.
