Seal all pipes and projections with APOC 264 Flash N Seal and t-tex fiber. 10. Apply fiber emulsion #293. 11. Apply two coats of Acrylic elastomeric #7000-3R white or desert tan paint color. 12. Clean area of roofing debris and remove from the premises unless otherwise specified. 13. Furnish four year warranty against leaks.
