CE-VIO0524-02027 1. Remove existing roof Sheathing. No beams or rafter have been removed. 2. Remove existing plywood. 3. Install new plywood; approx. 75 sheets. (PLYWOOD WILL BE PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER) 4. Replace ALL fascia board. 5. Remove cooler/A/C unit for proper re-roofing and set it back, if applies. 6. Furnish and install a 75lb fiberglass base sheet and two layers #16lb of type IV fiberglass, finishing felts with hot asphalt in between each layer. 7. At damaged tail beam, install 2"X 12" block on top OR two blocks at side. 8. Install new 2in x 2in galvanized metal edge. 9. Seal all pipes and projections with APOC 264 Flash N Seal and t-tex fiber. 10. Apply fiber emulsion #293. 11. Apply two coats of Acrylic elastomeric #7000-3R white or desert tan paint color. 12. Clean area of roofing debris and remove from the premises unless otherwise specified. 13. Furnish four year warranty against leaks. We are not liable for any interior damage a leak may cause should one occur under warranty period/re-occur for leak related work.
